07 September, 2004 - "Jodie and Joshua"

Today I took care of my 3 year old nephew Joshua. Though he is similar to Jodie (Georgina's niece) in so many ways. I have to thank Jodie for preparing me for Joshua. I think of Jodie often and love her so much. I may or may not ever see her again and that makes me feel empty inside. It is a blessing to have them both in my life. Joshua was happy (as always) all day but he did ask about Gina. I just told him she was far far away........

My brother and me are actually talking though I am weary of my sister-in-law's attitude, as she is so scournful of me going to a President Bill Clinton book signing. She asked me with a fair amount of disgust, "how could you get a book signed by a democrat!?!", I replied "To me we are all just human beings, so why not?". I don't take the hypocritical AnnCoulteresque viewpoint on politics.
