22 January, 2005 - "Help?"

Diaryland sent me this, please read it and tell me how you can help me respond if you are not able to read my journal or having any difficulties doing so. I constantly have been told for atleast 5 months that the text does not always show up. I hear this again and again... even before I added the links.

Diaryland says:

Dear Hamiltonian,
I've checked your diary in Mozilla and IE and they both seem to load okay for us. Other than browser issues stopping the diary from showing it could be something to do with the number of images you have running down the left side of your page. If someone has a slow connection to the internet it could be timing out on the images. Maybe could you either ask someone who is saying that the page is showing up as blank what type of connection they are using and also what operating system they are using or just get them to contact us through this help system so we can try to figure out what is up.
