August 14, 2004 -

I was not feeling well yesterday and probably should have gone to the hospital emergency room. My nerves are so shot, as I had the shakes and I had chest pains. Overall I felt very physically ill while my heart was beating out of my body and that is where I felt pain in my chest.

Well I did sleep some as all that exhausted me. On the days my heart beats like I am a locomotive I actually sleep! Otherwise I will stay awake for a week, so it is no wonder how on that scale as in part to why I am unhealthy.

I am transferring my long list quotes into my journal from now , though I will leave a select few up on my profile. So come future entries will just be quotes from now on.

That is about it, hopefully today I will feel better. But so far feel like I am somewhat nauseated.
