Due to the landmark Diaryland Supreme Court decision concerning the assumed President of Diaryland Spritopias whom was overruled . The court decision named Kip his Vice President who was found to have taken no part in the illegal activities committed by Spritopias. To be just and fair the court graciously named the opponents Vice President as Kips Vice President so as to show justice to all diarists of Diaryland.

In accordance with my position as Chief Justice of Diaryland, it is my duty to swear Neo in as 'President of Diaryland' in the event of the President being incapacitated, AWOL, or being unable to fulfill the position. Since Kip has been unable for whatever reasons to assume her duties as President of Diaryland, Neo will now rightfully be sworn in as Diaryland President. If Kip shall return to assume her responsibilities as President of Diaryland then Neo will once again become Vice President of Diaryland till his four-year term is completed.

best of my ability, preserve, protect, support and defend the Diaryland.com and all the diarists against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance as well as obey Diaryland law, the Diaryland Supreme Court; And that I shall relent this office to 'Kip', if she assumes her rightful position as President of Diaryland.
